The Olde World is a Warhammer Fantasy themed survival larp. With emphasis on team building and cooperation mechanics, you can't survive in the Reikwald without making allies.

Base character creation can be found in the Core Guide while advanced classes for both Heros and Villians can be found in the corresponding expansion guides. All three of these can be found here

There will be a Kitchen Witch Meal Plan offered at every OWL game that can be purchased along side your game ticket. If you don't want to purchase a meal ticket it's advised you bring your own food for the weekend!

OWL is proud to call Ye Olde Commons home. YOC has been hosting larps of all types for many years. With many of YOCs owners being experienced larpers themselves they are familiar with how to make a game fun!

If you are renting a cabin you should bring bedding. Cabins are heated with multiple beds. If you are renting a tent, or bringing your own, usual camping supplies are advised (bug spray,  lanterns, etc)

The YOC tavern comes with showers so toiletries are suggested.

16th century period appropriate garb is the standard for all PCs and NPCs attending OWL, this includes footwear. No sneakers, T-shirts, jeans, or sweatpants will be accepted as appropriate costuming. If you have questions concerning garb or costuming please contact one of the GMs

All the time! From game on to game off, players are encouraged to act as their character would in all open areas. There will be a dedicated space for OOC (out of character) time that will be shown to players at the beginning of game.

While it is an objective of the game to encourage players to explore both heroic and villainous aspects of the Olde World, it is possible to only play a hero. You can do this by selecting the "Hero Only" ticket when purchasing your weekend pass
